Support parallel unit test assemblies in runner API and runners

description

It would be nice to support parallelizing the unit test assemblies (one per core, perhaps?). This would mean that each assembly still runs sequentially (which means no complicated ordering issues within an assembly, no need to introduce new attributes, etc.), but multiple assemblies would be able to run in parallel. This feature should be opt-in and off by default.

Would be worth investigating if the MSBuild task could be aware of/participate in MSBuild's native parallelization support.
