Offer display options in VS2012 runner

description

The VS2012 runner today only shows tests by test method name. Options should allow the user to include class and namespace names, if desired.

For v2, we've shifted the default to be the fully qualified name. We'll see if people want the option for a switch after we ship the first beta releases.
